  • The Valentine’s Deal is only valid until 30 April 2024 only.
  • The Valentine’s Deal cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts previously offered by Cape Agulhas Guest House. Only one discount or promotion can be applied to a reservation.
  • Please be aware that promotional bookings are considered final. Dates reserved and booked under a discount or special offer cannot be changed or used outside of the specified promotional period. Promotions cannot be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
  • The Valentine’s Deal entitles the holder to a 2-night stay for 2 people at Cape Agulhas Guest House, with 2 breakfasts and 1 lunch per person. 
  • The Valentine’s Deal is valid during operating hours.
  • Booking is essential and subject to availability.

  • Once your booking is confirmed, Cape Agulhas Guest House’s cancellation policy applies.

  • No-shows forfeit their booking.
  • Redemption on presentation of voucher.
  • Voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

  • The Aquila Collection reserves the right to end this offer within reasonable notice

Cancellation Policy

Please note that all cancellations are only effective once confirmed in writing. 

Guests making travel and booking arrangements with Cape Agulhas Guest House must have their own personal or business travel insurance to support any cancellation or curtailment of their booking.

In the event that the accommodation is not taken up, Cape Agulhas Guest House will have the right to deem the amounts due in lieu of the cancellation penalties and, in addition, have the right to release reservations where deposit and / or payment is not made on the due date.

Cape Agulhas Guest House reserves the right to amend deposit requirements during peak periods.

  • No Shows: 100% of full amount payable
  • Cancellations within 0 – 7 days of date of arrival: 100% payable
  • Cancellations within 8 – 21 days of date of arrival: 50% of full amount payable
  • Cancellations within 22 – 30 days of date of arrival: 30% of full amount payable
  • No refunds for late check-in / arrival or early check-out.
  • No refunds for services not used.
  • Please note that all refunds are subject to commission and/or bank charges
  • Group bookings: a non-refundable deposit may be requested and a specially negotiated cancellation policy will apply to any bookings which exceeds 25% of our capacity.
